Question 1

What is an AI employee?

Accepted Answer

An AI employee is a named, dedicated digital hire that knows one business specifically — its pricing, clients, SOPs, and brand voice — and handles a defined business function end to end. It is not a generic chatbot or tool; it is trained on your business and runs the work every day, on a flat monthly rate.

Question 2

How is this different from ChatGPT or Copilot?

Accepted Answer

ChatGPT and Copilot are generic tools you have to operate. An RSTS AI employee is trained on your specific business and runs a function end to end without you prompting it each time — it answers questions about your pricing, drafts proposals in your format, and follows up on leads in your voice.

Question 3

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Flat monthly pricing — no tokens, no credits, no usage tiers. It starts with a free Opportunity Assessment (one conversation, no obligation). Engagements are structured as AI Concierge (done with you), AI Employee (done for you), or AI Custom Project (built to your spec).

Question 4

How fast can it be live?

Accepted Answer

A named AI employee can deliver its first result quickly, and we keep improving it over time.

Question 5

Who owns the AI and the data?

Accepted Answer

You do. You own the Business Brain, the AI employee's configuration, and all documentation. It is deployed in your own infrastructure — RSTS AI holds no keys.

Question 6

Is this actually built and working somewhere?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a named AI clerk is running inside a Florida law practice today, handling real work, not a demo.
